What is the conference cancellation policy?

Cancellations received by the following dates will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee:

Sydney The Hague Munich London
10% Cancellation Deadline 6 Feb 18 March 25 March 6 May

Cancellations received between the following dates will be refunded 50% of the pre-paid conference fee.

Sydney The Hague Munich London
50% Cancellation Deadline 7 March 19 April 26 April 7 June

Cancellations received after the following dates will not be eligible for any refunds:

Sydney The Hague Munich London
Not Eligible for Conference Cancellation After 8 March 20 April 27 April 8 June

If for any reason the conference should be cancelled, Tableau Software will refund the full registration fee within 90 days of canceling the conference. Tableau Software is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs. Conference cancellations should be emailed to the conference Registrar.

How do I cancel my hotel room?

Prior to receiving your hotel confirmation email, reservation cancellations will be accepted by email to the Housing Manager. After receiving your hotel confirmation email, contact your hotel directly to cancel your reservation. You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel 14 days prior, the credit card provided will be charged for the full reservation plus applicable taxes. Cancellations of hotel rooms will only be accepted by email to TCC-Housing. Any other form of cancellation will not be applicable. The cancellation date for rooms is as follows:

You will be asked to provide a credit card to secure your hotel room. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged one night stay for the first night.

Can an attendee substitute a colleague if they can no longer attend?

If you are unable to attend the Tableau Conference, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please e-mail your transfer requests to the conference Registrar.
